Membership Application
2007-2008 Season
Membership fees are $10.00 for the tournament year, which is from September through August. Please make checks payable to “Dade County All Stars”.
 
ELIGIBILITY: TO QUALIFY FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE DCAS AN APPLICANT MUST:
  1. Be a currently sanctioned USBC member.
  2. Have an average in the previous yearbook, with at least 21 games. (Note, if no previous yearbook average, the previous summer league average with at least 21 games, or a current season league average with at least 21 games can be used. A league standing sheet must accompany this application).
  3. If a former Junior Bowler, must have an average with no less than 21 games. verified by the USBC youth association.
  4. If from other than Miami-Dade County, must have a verified average. Verification must accompany this application and must be signed by the out of county Association Secretary.
Important: A personalized shirt (name on back) is required to bowl as a member in the DCAS tournaments.
